The DFS series spinning machine adopts advanced structure form of godet drive individually and using high corrosion resistant material on key components to extend the working life of the whole machine. The bath A is for deep bath, additionally there is bath B. This type of design is benefical to the fiber forming and stretching and guarantee to use high spinning speed mode of production when using large combination spinneret, thereby ensuring single machine output and production quality.

Equipment structure

Each segment has 8 spinning positions and 4 spinning godets. The tow from every 2 spinning positions will be merged into 1 spinning godet. The spinning machine is equipped with metering pump drive motor with adjustable speed feature, every draw-off godet is drived by individual synchronous frequency conversion motor, to ensure the flexible adjustment of spinning parameters and maintenance.

Vertical spinning; divided to right-handed and left-handed machine, designed spinning speed 30-75/min, 55m/min when 50Hz,spinning position distance 280mm,section length 2240mm(according to clients requirements), ring spinneret.

Equipment material

Under frame and column:316L, front frame: 304; A bath material: PVC; B bath: welded by 904L plate thickness 4mm, added FRPP bracket outside B bath; Upper frame: Q235A with preservative treatment (according to clients requirements).

Geared motor

The spinning machine adopts SEW with frequency conversion motor reducer.

Main drive motor and godet motor adopts famous brand (SEW or NORD)
